Witmodel Yazılım Danışmanlık İletişim ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a company established in Turkey which allows people to easily find and use models by integration into programs used for 3D design with a desktop program. Throughout the text, terms such as “we”, “our”, “us”, “Witmodel” “company” “our company” will be used when referring to Witmodel Yazılım Danışmanlık İletişim ve Ticaret A.Ş. We ensure basically that all individuals, who are interested in 3D design and with whom we integrate, insert models in a very short time that they may use in the scenes they will create, and we provide services with free membership and paid subscription options while doing this.

We process the data of individuals who visit our site, download our desktop software, sign up to our website and subscribe to our service. There is the Privacy Policy that we explain which data we collect, what we use it for and how you may use your rights. This policy has been published under the title of “Personal Data Protection Policy” for people accessing from Turkey.

The terms of use that we have created for our users visiting our website clarify essentially our operation. Our members may review our operation in the membership agreement. The privacy and personal data of our users and members are of great importance to us. We devotedly protect all data of our users and members which is defined as “personal data”.

For us, user is an individual who visits our website and our program without membership, and member is an individual who fills in the membership form and log in to the system after providing necessary technical conditions. We obtain anonymized data and attempt to make sense of the relevant data not to identify our visitors, but only to obtain statistical information. We collect data of our members in order to perform and improve our services and to add certain features

Personal Data for Users In Terms Of Website and Program

• We may collect, record and analyze records of our users who access our website and visit our desktop program of connection to the website and the program at the time they are connected.

• When you fill the contact form, we collect your personal data (your name, e-mail address and telephone number) as our users who access our website and visit our desktop program and use these to make contact with you. We analyze contact contents by anonymizing them and create frequently asked questions content.

• We collect usage data of our users and members. This usage data includes IP addresses or domain names of the used computers, URL addresses, time of request, method used to send the request to the server, size of the file received as response, digital code indicating the server’s response status (success, error, etc.), country of origin, browser features and operating system, integrated program details, various time details per visit, and details regarding the course with special reference to the order of pages visited. We use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika to analyze this usage data. Information collected in this way is not stored for more than one year.

• Users accept and approve to our cookie policy for the collection of this data. Users may control the use of cookies at the individual browser level if they wish. In case you refuse cookies as a user, you may continue to use our website, however, your capability to use some features or areas of our website may be limited.

Personal Data for Members In Terms Of Website and Program

• We collect and process identifiable personally information of our members in order to provide services to them.

• When you create a membership in our system, you also approve the user and membership agreement. We need to process information you provide to us in order to fulfill our liabilities under the agreement.

• You provide your e-mail address for membership. This information is used by us to define our customers and to provide services, invoices, mails, notifications and to support to you. We may ask for your name, occupation, place of residence, telephone number, along with your e-mail as well as scanned copies of your documents for transactions requiring identity verification.

• We may obtain your personal data from third parties such as payment service providers whose services we use. We may obtain your name, telephone number and other payment details from the relevant payment service providers and/or transfer the abovementioned data to them.

Your Rights as Data Owner

• Our Privacy Policy is applicable to all countries, however, please let us know if you think our Privacy Policy is not applicable for your country. In this case, we will take the necessary measures by carrying out the necessary compliance studies regarding our Privacy Policy.

• We may review, correct, update, delete or transfer personally identifiable information of users and members. You can get contact with us via e-mail at kvvk@witmodel.com regarding this issue. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

• Users and members may object to the processing of their personal data.

• Users and members have the right to learn whether the Personal Data is processed by the Data Controller, the right to receive an explanation regarding specific aspects of the processing, and the right to obtain a copy of their personal data being processed.

• Users and members have the right to verify the accuracy of their personal data and the right to request that it be updated or corrected.

• Users and members have the right to restrict the processing of their Personal Data under the circumstances. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the personal data of the persons concerned for any purpose other than to store the Personal Data.

• Users and members have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data from the Data Controller under specific conditions.

• Users and members have the right to receive their Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transfer it to another controller without any impediments if technically possible.

Data Storage

• Your personal data will only be processed and stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

• Your personal data will be stored for the minimum period necessary to comply with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

• Information obtained through contact forms is deleted annually. Your information will be deleted if you do not contact the support team for more than twelve (12) months.

• Usage Data, which is collected for analytical purposes, will be deleted within maximum of twelve (12) months after collection.

• Personal Data will be deleted when the storage period expires.

Implementation

Our Privacy Policy is valid for our website and desktop program. This version of our Privacy Policy will enter into force as of …/…/ ... We may update our privacy policy according to changes in the rules. We notify our members of these updates via e-mails and warnings.

Our users and members declare that they have read, understood and accepted our policy.
