A real-time room planner built for architects, interior designers, and furniture brands where what you see on screen is exactly what you deliver.
This is our first post here, so let me start with the simplest version of what we do.
Witmodel is a real-time 3D room planner and rendering platform, built on Unreal Engine. You design an interior plan, furniture, materials, lighting and you see the final, photorealistic result while you work. Not after a render. Not tomorrow morning. Right then.
That sentence sounds small. In practice it changes the entire shape of a working day.
The problem we kept running into
Anyone who has visualized interiors professionally knows the rhythm: model, light, hit render, wait. The waiting is the part everyone has quietly accepted. You set up the shot, walk away, and find out hours later whether the lighting was right or the camera was one degree off.
The cost of that wait isn’t really the compute. It’s the tempo. You can’t iterate in front of a client. You can’t try six options in an afternoon. You can’t say “give me a moment” in a meeting and actually show them the room. The work turns into a batch job with a long delay, when it should feel like a conversation.
We built Witmodel to take that delay out of the part of the workflow that doesn’t need it.

What makes it different
The old trade off was simple: instant or photorealistic, pick one. Real-time engines have grown up enough that you no longer have to.
Unreal Engine quality, in real time. Global illumination, accurate shadows, real reflections, PBR materials interactive, while you design. What you see is what you export.
4K renders in seconds. No render farm, no queue, no per-image cost. The result is already on your screen.
Real-time collaboration. Your team and your client can be in the same live project, deciding together instead of emailing renders back and forth.
Fits the pipeline you already have. A GLB-first workflow moves models cleanly between Witmodel, Unreal, 3ds Max, Blender, and SketchUp.
A ready asset library. Thousands of optimized, drag-and-drop furniture and interior models to start designing immediately.
It runs in the browser and as a desktop app, so there’s no render node under your desk and nothing to wait on.

Who it’s for
We built Witmodel for professionals who get judged on speed and realism:
Architects and interior designers who want to plan, design, and present photorealistic spaces in real time and show clients the result inside the meeting, not days later.
Furniture brands that want to move past static product photos and put their products inside real, interactive rooms configurators, digital showrooms, branded catalogs.
3D artists and studios who want to produce faster without dropping to preview quality, with path tracing available when a job calls for cinematic output.
E-commerce teams turning flat product pages into real-time, lifestyle-driven experiences.
The common thread: people for whom the render queue was never about quality. It was about time. That’s the part we fixed.

If real-time interior design is something you care about as a designer, a brand, an artist, or just someone tired of waiting on renders we’d love to have you follow along.
